Rolf is a consultative skills, facilitation and coaching expert. He has facilitated groups since 1974 and independently consulted since 1982, primarily within Fortune 500 clients, such as IBM, GM, UAW, Cisco, etc. He has devoted most of these efforts discreetly behind the firewalls, diplomatically coaching others to accomplish great things, while helping them look and feel good doing so.
Rolf is a founding Certified High Performance Coach, often called the “Coach’s Coaching Ambassador” by other coaches. He has successfully coached dozens of global high potential/ high performance teams, as well as delicate joint management and union teams.
He was awarded as the top “Facilitation Partner of the Year” by BI Worldwide, then a US$400 million Malcolm Baldrige service award winner.
Rolf was honoured by peers as one of two Co-Chairs of the International Association of Facilitators Americas Conference.
He was the Featured Speaker at the inaugural Super Achievers Summit in Bengaluru (Bangalore), spotlighting 16+ years of educational service in India.
Rolf also collaborates on case studies and instructional design and development training initiatives for all industries. He has authored materials such as Team Ethics Analysis Model, Business Empathy Tool, Degrees of Boldness, Risk-Giving, and SituationalALERTness. He holds a Liberal Arts BA in Political Science/Urban Studies.
In addition to many corporate clients, Rolf has also served government, indigenous tribes, NGO's, not-for-profit associations, etc. and as a university adjunct instructor. He chooses to live on the ocean and spends his spare time playing timpani and percussion in Canada’s oldest fire department concert band.

Stephanie is a Coach, International TedX Speaker, Facilitator, Author, Mentor and role model, particularly to women in traditionally male dominated roles.
Her Master of Business in Information Technology Management, and Bachelor of Business in Accounting helped her gain valuable corporate experience in the healthcare, property and financial services industries and particularly information technology.
While serving as Chief Financial Officer of a smaller company, Stephanie assertively added the IT role, learning that she excelled in identifying effective systems and bridging the learning gap for others to confidently implement. That was her first delightful taste of coaching others to excellence.
Stephanie’s 25 years of corporate experience included HR manager over multiple business units and progressively responsible roles as an IT executive at Johnson & Johnson. After serving as IT Director for Australia and New Zealand, she achieved the rare female distinction as the Asia Pacific Regional Director of IT for J&J. This journey involved relocating to Singapore and extensive travel duties.
Despite being groomed as a Chief Information Officer, the combination of her entrepreneurial calling, and choosing not to uproot her family again for the US headquarters, led her to relocate back to her native Australia. There she started her high-performance coaching and facilitating business, globally serving individuals and corporate teams with a passion for developing talent, culture and leadership potential, with emphasis on IT professionals in IT organizations.
Stephanie authored Ignite Female Change Makers and was named by Yahoo as one of Australia’s Top Rated Female Performance Coaches. She has lived in Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia, with extensive stints in the U.S. and Europe.
She is also a volunteer mentor for Females in Information Technology & Telecommunications, and co-founder of the Women Leading into the Future movement.
Dr. Hinnerk Boriss

Hinnerk is a CEO, coach, mentor, tech entrepreneur, advisor to and member of boards of directors, academic publications author and patent-owning scientist. He has devoted 20+ years in Biopharma, Diagnostics, Bio IT, with over 16 years CEO experience in the biotech field. All by developing leaders and changing company cultures. He is also an expert fund raiser, guiding CEOs through exits and initial public offerings.
Academically, he has a Ph.D. in Proteinchemistry, an MBA in Strategy and Marketing, MSC in Biology, plus graduate and undergraduate studies in Biology, Physics, Biochemistry, Software Engineering, Biomedical Infomatics, Biostatistics and Computer Science. Dr. Amina Chitembo

Amina is a multi-award-winning British-Zambian Leadership Development and Inclusion Coach, Educator, Author, and International Speaker. She coaches and educates in Leadership Development, Diversity, and Inclusion to companies and individuals across the world.
She earned a Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Development, focusing on Migrant Women’s Self Inclusion into Leadership. Amina founded Migrants Leadership Institute and Diverse Cultures businesses. She also holds a MSc in Leadership and Management, Diplomas in Information Technology and Project Management, and multiple coaching accreditations/ certifications.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Kevin grew up in Oman and has lived in England, Egypt, India, and Saudi Arabia before settling in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Dagmar had built an 18 year career in financial industries with Fidelity Investments, Credit Suisse Asset Management and Thomson Reuters. Janet built a successful 25-year corporate career, most recently Vice President of Global Talent & Organization Development for Lonza, a Swiss-based biotechnology company. As an expert in leadership, team and organization development, she led similar Functions at Shire Pharmaceuticals, Teradyne and Fidelity Investments.
No stranger to personal regeneration, Janet reinvented herself numerous times. From a college drop out to a flight attendant and aerobics instructor to a global executive with three academic degrees. These include an Ivy League Master of Education in Administration, Planning and Policy, a Master of Science in Organization Development - Strategic Change, and a BA with honors in Social Sciences. She is also a published author in many trade journals, and fluent in English and Spanish.
Most recently, Janet founded a Regenerative Leadership Development practice based in Cambridge, USA and Malaga, Spain. Now an award-winning coach, she created a lifestyle-business - a business that reflects the life, legacy and impact she wants, and aims to leave.
